Robin Lee Brooks

Robyn’s dedication, confidence, self motivation, result-oriented, skilled negotiation and ethical principles are evidenced in her 18 year career as an entrepreneur/co-owner of a health care consulting firm. Robyn was a nationally recognized expert in healthcare regulatory compliance and proved her ability to build a successful business based on referrals, knowledge, results and integrity.

Kendric Richardson

Kendric is a true Chicago native with immeasurable knowledge and understanding of the city and its surrounding areas. His professional, yet genuinely calm demeanor gives him the opportunity to deeply connect with his clients, understand their needs and ultimately guide them towards making an informed property decision. Kendric truly embodies the definition of exemplary service. He values his ability to develop strong, personal and truly genuine relationships with his clients, while still providing an attentive and seamless real estate experience.

Prior to real estate, Kendric worked as a carpenter for his family’s construction company, Richardson Construction. His strong creative and structural background gives him the opportunity to provide his clients with valuable construction insight to better position their property in this competitive marketplace. Although Kendric deeply values his real estate profession, his true passion will forever be hot rods. He grew up drag racing and still looks for any excuse to hit the track.

Elle West

Elle is the teams's managing assistant. Like Keith, she holds a Master's in Historic Preservation and is passionate about all things real estate, especially Chicago's vintage buildings. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the real estate office, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and the team. Elle creates each unique marketing campaign for the team's listings, highlighting the home's best qualities and maximizing exposure. Her experience with real estate and marketing allows her highlight each property's best features and get it sold quickly. Elle loves anything vintage or old, and when she is not marketing real estate, she devotes her time to her vintage clothing collecting.
